Job summary

Global Partners LP in Acton, MA is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver top-notch guest experiences and support store operations. You will greet guests, operate the POS, maintain cash controls, and help keep the store clean and stocked.

The role requires flexibility to work day, night, weekend and holiday shifts, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs while safely accessing all areas of the store.

Qualifications

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Operate the point of sale; maintain cash, lottery, tobacco levels.
• Complete store housekeeping functions (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash).
• Replenish products and supplies to ensure in-stock conditions.
• Communicate guest requests and vendor-related concerns to management.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
• Assist with gas tank inventory and merchandising projects as assigned.
• Support onboarding and training of new hires.
• Flexible hours including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and access all store areas.

Responsibilities
