North American Wax Company LLC is seeking a Guest Service Associate in Culver City, CA to be the first and last impression of guests. The role emphasizes cheerful service and effective sales of wax passes, while educating guests on products and promotions.

This position requires managing center flow, merchandise presentation, and adherence to dress code and company policies. It also includes participation in community events and internal Strut sessions to promote brand standards.

Qualifications

• Sales-focused front-line role in a spa environment.
• Must educate guests on services and promotions.
• Maintain front-of-center appearance and comply with dress code.

Responsibilities

• Selling wax passes.
• Opening and closing procedures of the center.
• Managing the flow of guests in and out of the center and assisting with questions as needed.
• Educating guests on European Wax Center's product portfolio, Strut 365 and demonstrating products, benefits and savings of Wax Passes.
• Maintaining the front of the center, restocking product shelves and refilling brochure and card holders.
• Educating guests on current in-center promotions.
• Checking their schedule on a weekly basis.
• Arriving to work on time with dress code and name tag.
• Following all corporate policies and procedures.
• Participation in community events and street team marketing when requested.
• Participate in weekly Strut Sessions.
• Participate on Strut Bloomfire by commenting on questions and posts.
• Creating a memorable guest experience using EWC terminology and scripts.
• Maintaining and exceeding center and individual goals.
• Center cleanliness.
• Other duties as assigned.
