Job summary

Family Entertainment Group is seeking a Shift Supervisor to help run daily operations at our Virginia center. You will lead a team, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold company policies during all shifts.

This role requires a high school diploma, at least 6 months of supervisory experience in arcade settings, and strong leadership and communication skills. The position is on-site and offers opportunities to develop staff and enhance guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 6 months+ experience as Senior Arcade Attendant or similar.
• Proven leadership and strong communication skills.
• Ability to handle customer service situations calmly.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support team members during shifts to ensure efficient operations.
• Delegate tasks and oversee project completion.
• Identify and address staffing challenges and weaknesses.
• Set professionalism and teamwork by leading through example.
• Coach staff and implement new or updated policies.
• Resolve guest concerns and complaints promptly.
• Provide accurate information about games, merchandise, and facility features.
• Ensure safety procedures and security measures are followed.
