Role Responsibilities

• Lead the experience: Check in with guests and ensure they are enjoying themselves.
• Handle guest concerns and provide resolution to their satisfaction.
• Work collaboratively with your team to maintain a welcoming, friendly, and clean restaurant environment.
• Offer insights into promotions and benefits of using the McDonald's App, Mobile Order & Pay features.
