  • Guest Experience & Quality Control: Provide superior guest service in dining areas; monitor product quality and sanitation; relay feedback to supervisors; resolve issues professionally.
  • Sanitation, Safety & Compliance: Maintain cleanliness and sanitation; comply with health codes and standards; report safety concerns; wear PPE when required.
  • Training & Team Support: Participate in onboarding and training of team members; assist student staff; promote respectful, collaborative environment.
  • Records, Flexibility & Additional Duties: Maintain records (counts, temps, waste); report equipment issues; adapt to changes and support nights/weekends.
