Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in food service, culinary operations, or related kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Prep, cook, and present menu items according to standardized recipes and cycle menus.
• Operate a variety of kitchen equipment as assigned.
• Ensure proper portioning, presentation, and temperature of all food items.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas and food service equipment.
• Follow state and local health codes, sanitation, and food safety standards.
• Monitor product quality including appearance, temperature, and consistency.
