Dallas Marriott Suites Medical/Market Center in Dallas is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead and coordinate housekeeping and laundry teams, ensuring quality and guest satisfaction. You will schedule staff, monitor performance and supervise daily operations.

The role requires coaching, hiring and training new team members, with flexibility for nights, weekends and holidays as needed. Join a team dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Formación

• FSPMS experience is required.
• Strong work ethic and self-initiative.
• Ability to work varying schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Team-player who contributes to guest experiences.
• Office environment ability; sit for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule, evaluate and direct housekeeping associates including room attendants, house aides, floor supervisors and laundry staff.
• Coach and counsel associates, applying disciplinary action when necessary.
• Coordinate daily activities and plan staffing for cleaning guest rooms and public areas.
• Review the Manager on Duty log and follow up as needed.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas daily to ensure QA compliance.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and cleaning materials.
• Supervise daily operations of housekeeping and in-house laundry.
• Interview, hire and train new housekeeping team members.
