Job summary

Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants is seeking a housekeeping team member in San Francisco. Maintain cleanliness of lobby, hallways, public areas, and guest rooms while delivering outstanding service and personal guest experiences.

You will set up meetings, assist with lobby functions, and respond to guest requests promptly. A High School Diploma is preferred and 1 year of customer service experience is expected; housekeeping experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• 1 year of experience in customer service or similar position.
• Previous housekeeping experience is a plus.
• Passion for customer service and good verbal communication skills.
• Flexible schedule, able to work evenings, weekends and holidays when needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the hotel, while delivering amazing service to guests.
• Act as an advocate for the hotel and create personal guest experiences.
• Set up and maintain lobby functions and events.
• Deliver housekeeping items to guest rooms upon request from front desk.
• Respond to guest requests in a friendly manner.
• Perform duties beyond core responsibilities as needed.
