Job summary

Residence Inn Minneapolis Downtown at The Depot, operated by CSM Lodging Services, is seeking a part-time Housekeeping Associate in Minneapolis, MN. The role offers a $1,000 sign-on bonus and pays $18.50 per hour. Responsibilities include cleaning guestrooms, restocking supplies, and delivering excellent guest service.

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and move about the hotel area. Prior housekeeping experience is preferred; hospitality environment experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Housekeeping/laundry experience preferred.
• Ability to lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and guest service.
• Ability to move throughout the hotel (standing, walking, kneeling, bending).

Responsibilities

• Clean guestrooms according to standards.
• Ensure amenities and supplies are stocked in guest rooms.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas per regulations.
• Assist guests with friendly, courteous service.
• Work as part of a team and support other departments as needed.
• Follow guest service recovery procedures and lost-and-found protocols.
