Job summary

Kimpton The Forum - Birch & Bloom is seeking a hotel housekeeping team member to maintain cleanliness and guest-ready spaces while delivering remarkable service. You’ll be an advocate for the hotel, creating personal guest experiences and building relationships that encourage guests to return.

Ideal candidates bring at least a year of customer service experience, strong verbal and basic writing skills, and a flexible schedule to cover evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of experience in customer service or similar position.
• Previous housekeeping experience is a plus.
• Passion for customer service and good verbal communication skills, basic writing skills.
• Flexible schedule, able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the hotel, providing amazing service to guests.
• Act as an advocate for the hotel and create personal guest experiences.
• Develop relationships with guests to encourage return visits.
• Keep lobby, public areas, and meeting spaces clean and orderly.
• Set up and maintain complimentary hotel lobby functions including morning coffee and evening events.
• Deliver housekeeping items to guest rooms as requested.
• Take on additional duties as assigned by supervision.
