Job summary

Whiskey Cake Kitchen & Bar in San Antonio, Texas is looking for fun, energetic team members who genuinely care for the guest experience. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Interact with all guests and co-workers in a professional manner.
• Arrive on time for scheduled shifts, appropriately dressed.
• Properly accept and book reservations.
• Calculate and communicate accurate wait times.
• Keep floors and entryways clean and free of debris.
• Assist in bussing tables during high demand.
• Provide guests with directions and assistance.
• Thank departing guests and welcome new ones.
• Answer phone calls and manage guest inquiries.
