Qualifications

• Restaurant experience preferred but not required.
• Must read, write, and speak English.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• OpenTable experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests in a professional, hospitable manner.
• Arrive on time for scheduled shifts and maintain proper uniform.
• Properly manage reservations and offer alternatives when needed.
• Estimate wait times and guide guests to seating or bar as appropriate.
• Keep dining areas clean and organized at all times.
• Assist with bussing tables during peak times.
• Answer main phone lines and relay information to managers.
• Know restaurant details to answer guest questions.
