Xperience Restaurant Group (XRG) is hiring for a Host/ess to warmly greet guests, seat them promptly, and ensure a smooth dining flow. The role emphasizes guest relations, safety, and efficient service in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• 18+ years of age.
• Possession of or the ability to possess all state required work cards.
• Minimum of one year related experience.
• Familiarity with OpenTable.
• Proper lifting techniques.
• Guest relations and sanitation.
• Safe alcohol service.
• Full service restaurant operations.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests immediately upon arrival.
• Inform guests that their table is ready and invite them to sit.
• Carry drinks to seats and manage tab transfers.
• Pull out chairs and tables to assist guests.
• Answer calls promptly and politely.
• Rotate tables to maximize guest turnover and smooth flow.
• Keep host stand organized and stocked.
• Move furniture as directed by management.
• Tour the restaurant to identify empty tables.
• Address guest concerns and escalate when needed.
• Complete opening/running/closing side work duties.
• Assist teammates with opening/closing duties.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.
