Xperience Restaurant Group (XRG) is hiring a Host/ess in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant environment in the United States. You will greet guests, seat them, and ensure smooth seating flow while maintaining a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States is required.
• 18+ years of age or older.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Minimum of 1 year related experience.
• Familiarity with Opentable.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and seat them promptly.
• Inform guests when their table is ready and escort them to seating.
• Deliver drinks and help transfer tabs where needed.
• Assist guests by pulling out chairs and aiding mobility as required.
• Answer calls promptly and politely.
• Maintain smooth restaurant flow and rotate tables efficiently.
• Keep host stand organized and stocked.
• Move furniture as directed by management.
• Tour the restaurant to identify empty tables and optimize seating.
