Job summary

Xperience Restaurant Group (XRG) is seeking a Host/ess to warmly greet guests, seat them promptly, and bid them farewell with a friendly invitation to return. The role emphasizes guest relations, safety, and smooth restaurant operations in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates should be 18+ with legal eligibility to work in the United States and be ready to join a team that values service excellence, teamwork, and professional growth within a full-service restaurant setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
• 18+ years of age or older.
• Possession of or the ability to possess all state required work cards.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests immediately upon arrival.
• Inform guests their table is ready and invite them to sit.
• Carry guests’ drinks to their seats and transfer their tab if needed.
• Pull out chairs and tables to accommodate guests.
• Answer calls promptly and politely.
• Maintain smooth restaurant flow via rotation of tables.
• Keep host stand organized and stocked.
• Assist with opening/running/closing side work duties as assigned.
• Complete additional tasks as directed.
