The Lodge at Gulf State Park in Gulf Shores, AL is seeking an engaging Foodservice Greeter to warmly welcome guests and assist with seating and dining flow. You will work with servers, managers, and kitchen staff to ensure a smooth, welcoming experience from entry to departure.

Qualifications

• You are the first point of contact for guests and make them feel welcome.
• Ability to handle special requests and manage seating and flow.
• Maintain a positive attitude, empathize with guests, and communicate clearly.
• Familiarity with restaurant flow and basic systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, escort to tables, pull chairs, and present menus.
• Manage seating chart, reservations, and timing with servers and kitchen.
• Coordinate with reservationists and managers for staffing and private events.
• Ensure doors and menus are clean and inviting; assist departing guests.
