The St Joe Company is seeking a friendly Greeter to warmly welcome guests at our Florida location and guide them to seating. You will assist in maintaining a positive dining atmosphere and help ensure smooth service flow throughout peak times.

Ideal candidates have customer service experience, strong English communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced restaurant setting. This role emphasizes hospitality, teamwork, and attentiveness to guests' needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is strongly preferred.
• Detail-oriented and thorough, with the ability to multitask.
• Effective verbal communication and a friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Courteously greet and escort guests to tables and assist in seating.
• Maintain positive guest relations and extend courteous departures.
• Be aware of wait times and notify guests during busy periods.
• Assist in preparing the restaurant for service and maintain cleanliness.
• Restock supplies and be familiar with the menus to highlight items.
• Answer restaurant telephone courteously and manage reservations.
• Coordinate with servers, managers, and kitchen to ensure timing.
• Thank guests leaving and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
