Qualifications

• Front-of-house experience (1+ year) preferred
• Able to read simple instructions, short memos
• Bi-lingual skills preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests, escort to dining area and rotate tables as needed
• Call out party names when tables become available with courteous tone
• Present menus and announce server’s name, ensure table presentation
• Assist fellow associates (servers, bussers, host/ess, management) as situations require
• Answer telephone with proper Kalahari Resort verbiage
