Qualifications

• 1-2 years of bartending experience in a restaurant or resort setting.
• Working knowledge of beer, wine, liquor, and common drink recipes.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, explain specials, provide menu and beverage tours, and recommend items you genuinely feel guests will enjoy and advise on menu changes.
• Answer questions about food, beverage, restaurant functions, services, and resort activities.
• Prepare drinks with Kalahari recipes and quantity specifications and deliver food and beverage orders with appropriate service trays to guests in a timely manner.
