Job summary

Live! Casino Philadelphia is seeking an energetic Host to greet guests, guide them to seating, and help ensure a warm, memorable welcome. You will answer calls, manage reservations, and coordinate with team members to seat parties efficiently.

This role requires RAMP certification, flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays, and strong reading/writing skills for reservations. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• Must be RAMP certified.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Reading and writing abilities are used for reservations and seating.
• Must be able to read, review and understand seating charts.
• Basic mathematical skills are used frequently.
• High school diploma or equivalent or equivalent work experience in a high-volume, service focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they arrive and thank them for their patronage at departure.
• Accommodate special needs or requests and ensure seating consistency.
• Comply with regulatory controls and the State Gaming Agency.
• Answer phones and take messages/reservations.
• Maintain an accurate wait list when needed.
• Occasionally buss tables to expedite seating of waiting guests.
• Communicate effectively with guests, employees and third parties to reflect the venue and brand.
