Job summary

BrickTop's is seeking a friendly Greeter to welcome guests, manage reservations, and guide guests to their tables while maintaining the restaurant's high standards. You will be the first and last person guests see, setting the tone for an exceptional dining experience.

Ideal candidates have restaurant or hospitality experience, are upbeat and energetic, and comfortable in a fast-paced setting. This on-site role offers daily tips and a strict dress code as part of BrickTop's guest-centered

Responsibilities

• Greet incoming and departing guests warmly with a genuine smile and eye contact.
• Answer incoming calls to the restaurant and provide appropriate service.
• Manage the flow of guests into the dining and bar areas and provide accurate wait times.
• Escort guests to their tables and coordinate with team to maintain smooth service.
• Contribute to team effort by completing related tasks as needed.
