BRICKTOP'S Cool Springs is seeking professional hosts to manage the front door with a warm, guest-focused approach. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, multitasking while maintaining a cheerful demeanor and ensuring guests feel recognized and well assisted.

Responsibilities include reservations, seating coordination, and upholding guest relations throughout service. Training is provided, with meal discounts and flexible scheduling as part of our benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality is preferred.
• Strong guest relations and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage advance reservations.
• Bus and reset tables.
• Manage server rotation for fair seating.
• Handle phone calls, wait times, walk-ins and reservations on a shift-by-shift basis.
