Lettuce is hiring hosts to warmly greet and seat guests, manage reservations, and assist with front-of-house operations at our Wheeling, IL location. This role requires excellent customer service, English communication, and the ability to multitask in a bustling restaurant environment.

• Experience in customer service

Responsabilidades

• Greet and seat guests warmly.
• Answer phones, take reservations and messages.
• Work a variety of hours, including weekends.
• Move chairs, tables, highchairs and booster seats safely.
• Operate reservation, telephone and voicemail systems.
• Ensure guest counts and wait times are accurate.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines and procedures.
• Assist with coat check duties as directed.
