Job summary

Paradies Na in Sarasota, FL is seeking a guest-focused host to greet guests, manage seating with proper server rotation, and assist servers and food runners as needed. You will work with Front of House staff, answer guest questions using menu knowledge, and handle to-go orders quickly in the POS system with accurate cash handling.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Food & beverage experience in a full-service setting is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a high energy and demanding environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and engage in a professional manner.
• Coordinate seating with Front of House staff.
• Seat guests with proper server rotation.
• Process to-go orders quickly in the POS system, handling cash and card transactions accurately.
• Maintain store appearance and host stand cleanliness.
• Assist servers and food runners as needed.
• Respond to guest concerns and ensure safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Work as part of a team and perform other duties as assigned.
