Job summary

Desert Highlands Golf Club/Association is seeking a friendly Greeter to welcome Members and guests, assist with seating and reservations, and support a seamless dining experience. You will be the first point of contact, setting the tone for exceptional service in a prestigious private club environment.

The role emphasizes strong communication, a polished appearance, and teamwork within the Food & Beverage team, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail, especially with reservations and guest requests.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and remain composed in a busy dining environment.
• Willingness to jump in and assist wherever needed.
• Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet Members and guests as they arrive and provide a welcoming first impression.
• Assist Members and guests with seating, reservations, wait times, and general dining inquiries.
• Manage the entrance and seating area with an organized, professional appearance.
• Escort Members and guests to their tables and provide menus or information.
• Communicate with servers and management to support a smooth dining experience.
• Support the Food & Beverage team to deliver exceptional service.
• Follow all Club policies, safety standards, and service expectations.
