Rosa Mexicano National Harbor is seeking an upbeat Host to greet guests, manage seating, and deliver warm Latin hospitality in a fast-paced dining environment. You’ll welcome guests as if they were entering a home, and coordinate with the team to ensure smooth seating, service, and inquiries by phone or in person.

Ideal candidates have guest service experience and the ability to stay calm while multi-tasking. A High School Diploma or GED is required, and tips add supplemental pay.

• Friendly and courteous demeanor.
• Must be able to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and create a warm first impression.
• Answer phones and assist with inquiries professionally.
• Assist with takeout/delivery/catering orders while maintaining hospitality.
• Communicate with team to ensure seamless service.
• Follow health and sanitation standards and station cleanliness.
• Manage flow of reservations, walk-ins and seating with confidence.
