Grove Bay Hospitality Group is seeking a professional and friendly Host/Hostess to join our team at the RDU Airport location. The role focuses on exceptional hospitality, greeting guests, and coordinating reservations to ensure a smooth dining experience.

The ideal candidate will have prior host/hostess experience in a fast-paced restaurant, excellent customer service, and strong multitasking abilities, with flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a host/hostess in a fast-paced restaurant setting is preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage guest reservations efficiently
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Manage guest reservations and waitlist efficiently
• Escort guests to their tables and provide menus
• Answer phone calls and assist with guest inquiries
• Monitor dining room and assist servers as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area
• Assist with other duties as assigned by management
