RREMC Restaurants, Llc is hiring at The Villages, FL to support both front-of-house and back-of-house operations for a Denny's location. You will greet guests, seat parties, take and process orders, handle payments, pack To-Go orders, and keep the dining area organized.

You will also assist with beverage preparation and support the team to ensure smooth service. Ideal candidates demonstrate excellent customer service, strong English reading/writing skills, math proficiency, cash handling

Must have good mathematical skills.
Must have the dexterity to manage a cash box.
Must be a multitasker to manage numerous tasks simultaneously.
Must be organized and detail-oriented.

Responsabilités

Front of the House: Greet customers, seat parties, take to-go orders, handle cashiering and payments, upsell beverages, maintain clean hostess area, assist teammates, resolve complaints with manager support.
Proactively assist other team members and provide total guest satisfaction.
Back of the House: Package To-Go orders with 100% accuracy and manage sign-off on receipts, expedite dine-in orders, prep drinks for waitstaff, keep to-go supplies stocked.
Clean, complete side work, organize supplies, and perform other duties as assigned.
