Job summary

Rush Creek Golf Club in Maple Grove, MN is seeking a friendly part-time Host/Receptionist to support servers and bartenders and help ensure every guest has an exceptional experience.

You will greet and seat guests, manage phone calls for waitlists and reservations, and help with take-out orders and table turnover while maintaining a clean, organized workspace. The role requires a minimum 3 days of availability, including evenings and weekends, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• Must have a 3 day minimum availability, including evenings and weekends, as necessary with fluctuation levels of diners.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and seating guests upon arrival.
• Communicate with servers to notify them of tables and seating needs.
• Take reservations and enter into reservation book.
• Enter take-out orders into POS system and ensure correct orders.
• Maintain up-to-date seating chart and follow company service standards.
• Comply with health, safety, and liquor regulations.
• Assist with bussing tables during busy times.
• Handle cash and reconciliations for take-out orders.
