Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or one (1) year equivalent experience.
• Basic knowledge of the restaurant menu.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Endurance including prolonged standing, some bending, walking long distances, and stretching.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and customers with a smile.
• Take reservations and put guests on a wait list if needed.
• Give guests menus and show them to their seat.
• Handle phone calls and customer inquiries about the restaurant and menu.
• Assist other restaurant staff when necessary.
• Light cleaning when needed.
