Out West Restaurant Group is hiring a Host/Server Assistant for Outback Steakhouse in Santa Fe. You will greet guests, seat them, and hand off to service staff while maintaining a friendly, prompt, and attentive demeanor.

Your authentic personality and attention to detail help create memorable guest experiences. You should be able to lift up to 30 lbs, work in hot and cold environments, and contribute to a clean, safe dining area.

Qualifications

• Must be friendly and guest-focused.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Willing to learn menu and upsell products.

Responsibilities

• Greet incoming and departing guests in a welcoming manner.
• Seat guests in dining and bar areas and coordinate with service staff.
• Maintain a smooth lobby and seating flow with a sense of urgency.
• Answer phones promptly and direct calls to the right staff.
• Be a team player by bussing tables and assisting with service as needed.
