Qualifications

• Ability to perform basic arithmetic.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and escort to seats in a courteous manner.
• Present menus and answer guest questions regarding food and service.
• Manage seating arrangements based on activity and reservations.
• Perform opening and closing duties to prepare for service.
• Assist staff with side-work and setup as needed.
• Maintain seating charts and reservations, including large parties.
• Ensure a clean and organized work environment at all times.
• Attend department meetings and complete assigned projects.
