This role thrives in a fast-paced team environment, requiring a high school diploma, at least 6 months in a high-volume restaurant, and outstanding communication and guest service skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6+ months of experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred.
• Outstanding communication and guest service skills.
• Professional, dependable, enthusiastic and friendly personality.

Responsabilités

• Greet every guest with warmth, enthusiasm, and genuine hospitality.
• Manage waitlists and guest flow during busy service periods.
• Seat guests efficiently while maintaining proper table rotation.
• Provide menus and answer initial questions about the restaurant.
• Take reservations and manage incoming phone calls.
• Assist guests with requests and ensure a positive dining experience.
• Address guest concerns professionally and help resolve issues.
• Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, specials, and restaurant information.
• Support team members and assist other restaurant positions when needed.
• Help create a welcoming, organized, and upbeat atmosphere.
