Job summary

CoralTree Hospitality Group seeks a Houseperson/Room Attendant to support housekeeping, front desk, and guest services while maintaining Sunriver Resort cleanliness standards. You will help uphold AAA Four Diamond standards, follow safety procedures, and respond promptly to service calls.

The role emphasizes teamwork, safe handling of materials, and assisting with bed making, turnover tasks, and trash disposal to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions.
• Must be able to walk, climb into and out of and operate a vehicle frequently, with occasional stair climbing.
• Must be able to repetitively lift, push, pull & carry up to 15 lbs., frequently up to 25 lbs. and occasionally up to 75 lbs.
• Must be able to twist, bend and squat frequently; kneel or crawl occasionally; infrequently climb a ladder
• Must be able to perform repetitive hand & arm movements, pushing and pulling and simple grasping frequently, squeezing, overhead reaching & fine manipulation occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Provides prompt response to all service calls
• Maintains constant awareness of safety issues, (i.e. broken glass, frayed electrical cords, leaks, broken locks and suspicious people). Reports all safety incidents to on-duty supervisor.
• Responsible for delivery of requested guest items
• Responds to guest, front desk or housekeeping requests as needed
• Keeps van/houseman vehicles stocked and orderly
• Assists housekeeping staff with bed making and room turnover tasks
• Collects and disposes of trash from rooms, common areas, and designated routes
