Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly, upbeat manner and use guest names when possible.
• Seat guests promptly and manage seating based on arrival and availability.
• Inform guests about restaurant information and Gordon Ramsay brand. Maintain accurate iPad seating records.
• Collaborate with bus staff for efficient seating of waiting guests.
• Ensure room cleanliness and maintain a positive atmosphere in the area.
• Know menu items to explain them when necessary.
• Maintain paperwork and floor plans at the start of each shift.
