Westgate Vacation Villas & Town Center Resort is seeking a Resort Experience Host in Kissimmee, FL. You will curate engaging activities for adults and children, participate in events, and create memorable experiences for guests at our world-class resort.

The role requires energy, teamwork, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, with weekend and holiday availability. A valid driver's license is required to operate golf carts, and background checks/drug screenings ensure safety and compliance.

Formación

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with guests and team members.
• High energy and enthusiasm to deliver excellent service.
• Ability to move and lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Must be 18+ and have a valid driver's license to operate company golf carts.
• Westgate Resorts maintains a smoke- and tobacco-free workplace.
• Must pass background check, drug test, and be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct diverse activities for adults and children.
• Participate in special events to elevate guest experiences.
• Develop ongoing activity ideas to enrich stays.
• Maintain daily logs and track guest participation.
• Manage monetary transactions and follow accounting procedures.
• Perform duties as Activities Attendant when required.
• Use computers for equipment check-outs to guests.
• Enforce safety regulations for guest welfare.
• Keep the Activities Center and surrounding areas clean and organized.
• Assist in inventory management as needed.
