Job summary

Westgate Vacation Villas & Town Center Resort in Kissimmee, FL is hiring for a guest services role. You will engage guests with a friendly, helpful manner and handle information requests throughout the resort.

Responsibilities include resolving guest needs, working weekends, and maintaining a positive energy in a fast-paced environment across multiple Orlando properties.

Qualifications

• Must have good customer service skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Must be able to work at all Orlando Inhouse Resorts.
• Schedule will include weekends and may change with seasonality.
• Positive and energetic attitude under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide welcoming, friendly guest service at resort front desk or cast locations.
• Assist guests with information, directions and service requests.
• Resolve guest issues promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth operations during peak times.
