Qualifications

• At least two years of hosting experience.
• Available for day, evening, night and weekend shifts.
• Willing to work in-person at LoLa 42 Seaport, Boston.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they arrive with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
• Manage reservations via phone and online platforms.
• Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the host stand and waiting area.
• Monitor guest flow to optimize seating.
• Handle inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally.
