Job summary

Kaskaid Hospitality is seeking a friendly Host to welcome guests and manage seating in our restaurant. You will be the first point of contact, guiding guests from arrival to departure and helping create a memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, handling reservations, coordinating seating, and upholding safety and cleanliness in the front of house. Strong communication and teamwork are essential to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer service or hospitality roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Attention to detail in guest experience and cleanliness.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, manage reservations, and seat guests for smooth service.
• Address special requests and seating preferences to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Serve as liaison between guests and staff to ensure clear communication.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the guest reception area and front‑of‑house materials.
