Job summary

The Equinox Golf Resort & Spa in Manchester, VT is seeking an enthusiastic host/hostess to greet guests, seat them according to reservations and walk-ins, and help optimize dining room flow. You will support servers and bartenders between seatings and ensure timely service.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred.
• Demonstrates strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work flexible hours including weekdays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet, direct, and seat guests at tables per reservations and walk-ins.
• Assist servers and bartenders during peak times.
• Process to-go orders and handle payments securely.
• Restock host area and maintain clean, organized host station.
• Attend meetings and training sessions as scheduled.
