Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED a plus but not required.
• Previous hospitality experience is a plus.
• Courteous phone skills and accurate message taking are essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly and inviting manner.
• Take reservations using the restaurant reservation system.
• Seat guests promptly with friendly conversation.
• Manage restaurant waiting list and quote accurate wait times.
• Monitor table availability and inventory.
• Thank guests and invite them to return.
• Communicate with wait staff and supervisors about table availability.
• Adhere to company policies and wear the provided uniform.
