Qualifications

• Fun, energetic, and work with a genuine care for the guest experience
• Prior restaurant experiences is desired, but not required.
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Stand for long periods & be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• OpenTable experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interact with all guests and co-workers in a professional, hospitable, and friendly manner.
• Arrive on time for scheduled shifts, ready to work.
• The proper uniform should be worn at all times including dress, make-up, hair, and jewelry.
• Properly accept and book reservations and offer alternatives when needed.
• Calculate, note, and quote accurate wait times; offer the bar for cocktails when wait is long.
• Keep floors, entry, and aisles clean and free of debris.
• Assist in bussing tables when busy.
• Provide guests directions and kindly thank departing guests.
• Be familiar with restaurant information to answer guest questions and address concerns.
• Answer all phone calls and fulfill guest needs; route to proper department if needed.
