Job summary

Whiskey Cake Las Colinas in Irving, TX is seeking friendly, energetic team members to deliver outstanding guest experiences. You will greet guests, manage reservations, and support the dining room operations with a positive, can-do attitude.

Candidates should be able to read, write, and speak English, enjoy working in a fast-paced hospitality environment, and be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs. OpenTable experience is a plus and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant experience is desirable but not required.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests and coworkers in a professional, hospitable manner.
• Arrive on time for scheduled shifts and maintain proper uniform.
• Accept and book reservations, offering alternatives when needed.
• Keep wait times in check and guide guests to cocktails or appetizers as appropriate.
• Keep floors and areas clean and safe for guests and staff.
• Assist in bussing tables during peak periods.
• Answer guest questions and direct calls to the proper department.
