Job summary

Whiskey Cake - Las Colinas in Irving, TX is seeking a friendly, guest-focused team member to deliver memorable hospitality. You will greet guests, manage reservations, and ensure timely seating while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests and co-workers in a professional, hospitable manner.
• Arrive on time for shifts and wear the proper uniform.
• Accept and book reservations; offer alternatives when needed.
• Provide wait times and guide guests to seating or bar areas.
• Keep floors and dining areas clean and organized.
• Assist in bussing tables during waits or high demand.
• Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the proper department.
• Be knowledgeable about restaurant information to address questions.
