Job summary

Hai Hospitality is seeking Hosts to manage reservations and walk-ins, set guest expectations, and provide cocktail service for waiting guests. Hosts are paid an average of $22 per hour (base pay plus tips) and contribute to memorable guest experiences in a fast-paced setting.

You'll learn about Japanese cuisine, support a smooth dining flow, and help maintain a clean, organized workspace. Medical/dental/vision, EAP, 401k, and dining discounts are offered.

Qualifications

• Must communicate effectively with guests and staff.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Lift and carry trays up to 50 lbs; restock as needed.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide cocktail service for guests waiting for tables.
• Communicate guest notes to managers and servers for smooth turns.
