Qualifications

• Must communicate effectively with guests and coworkers.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and identify safety issues.
• Able to lift and carry trays and equipment up to 50 lbs; stock/restock as needed.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage reservations and walk-ins; set expectations.
• Provide cocktail service for waiting guests.
• Monitor dining room pace and coordinate with team during table turns.
• Plan table placement and note guest preferences with managers and servers.
• Build trust with guests and keep them updated while they wait.
