Bass Pro Shops is seeking a friendly Host to greet guests, manage seating, and assist with reservations in a fast-paced restaurant environment. You will provide exceptional customer service, support the team, and ensure guests have a welcoming experience from arrival to departure.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they arrive and seat them warmly.
• Manage wait lists and communicate wait times to guests.
• Seat guests at proper stations with menus and utensils.
• Answer questions about the menu, restaurant, and Bass Pro Shops; take reservations.
• Answer phones and book reservations as requested.
• Perform opening/closing side work and assist with table setup and pre-bussing.
• Acknowledge and thank guests on departure and maintain clean restrooms.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
