Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months in fast-paced, high-volume food service.
• Experience as Host/Receptionist or in customer-facing hospitality.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Food Handlers Card and Alcohol Awareness Certification.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, event-driven environment.
• Strong communication, guest engagement and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm, professional approach.
• Manage reservations, arrivals and seating to ensure smooth flow.
• Assist guests with inquiries and provide venue information.
• Coordinate with front-of-house to maximize table management.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area at all times.
