Job summary

Oak View Group is seeking a Club Manager for the University of Kansas Social Club in Lawrence to lead day-to-day operations and deliver a premium member experience. The role reports to the General Manager and collaborates with Hospitality teams to drive service excellence and business performance.

The position offers an annual salary of $85,000–$100,000 and bonus eligibility, with comprehensive benefits and a focus on elevating guest experiences and revenue generation within a collegiate venue

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of leadership experience in hospitality, private clubs, or premium venues.
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, finance, or a related field preferred.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and profitability.
• Sales‑driven with ability to grow membership and revenue.
• Relationship‑driven leader with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the University of Kansas Social Club and ensure premium member experiences.
• Collaborate with culinary, service, and events teams to deliver high standards.
• Lead a cross‑functional leadership team including Membership Sales Manager and Private Events Manager.
• Support staff training and performance to align with club standards.
• Drive revenue growth through membership and programming initiatives.
• Partner with KU Athletics and campus leadership to align with stakeholders.
