Qualifications

• Experience in guest-facing roles preferred.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods.
• Weekend availability required.
• 16 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly, professional, and energetic attitude.
• Manage reservations and seating assignments using our reservation system.
• Maintain an organized host stand and front-of-house area.
• Provide accurate wait times and manage guest expectations during peak hours.
• Escort guests to tables, present menus, and highlight specials or promotions.
• Assist with special requests, including accessibility needs, high chairs, and preferred seating.
• Answer guest questions, resolve concerns, and communicate issues to management.
• Coordinate with servers and front-of-house staff to maintain smooth guest flow.
• Maintain strong menu and beverage knowledge to assist guests.
• Manage the waitlist during busy periods and keep guests informed.
• Support cleanliness and presentation standards throughout the front-of-house.
• Thank guests upon departure and gather feedback to enhance the guest experience.
